This Refund Policy applies to all digital services provided by techniflows (테크니플로우즈, hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), including internet-based software, mobile applications, and all related services.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment provider or Merchant of Record, depending on the service and payment method used.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your request should include the following information:
- Order number or payment confirmation number
- Reason for refund
- Email address used for payment
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
4. Refund Conditions
4.1 Subscription Services
- Refund requests made within 7 days of subscription start are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds requested after 7 days will be prorated based on the unused period.
- Free trial periods are not subject to refunds.
4.2 One-time Payments
- Full refunds are available before the digital content or service has been accessed.
- Once service usage has begun, refunds may be limited according to applicable laws and terms of service.
5. Refund Processing Time
After refund approval, processing time varies by payment method:
- Credit Card: 3-7 business days after cancellation approval
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after cancellation approval
- International Payments: 5-14 business days depending on payment provider policies
6. Non-refundable Cases
Refunds may be limited in the following cases:
- Service unavailability due to customer's fault
- Cases falling under non-refundable conditions specified in the terms of service
- Cases where refunds are restricted by applicable laws
