To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Your request should include the following information:
    • Order number or payment confirmation number
    • Reason for refund
    • Email address used for payment
  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.

4.1 Subscription Services

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of subscription start are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds requested after 7 days will be prorated based on the unused period.
  • Free trial periods are not subject to refunds.

4.2 One-time Payments

  • Full refunds are available before the digital content or service has been accessed.
  • Once service usage has begun, refunds may be limited according to applicable laws and terms of service.

After refund approval, processing time varies by payment method:

  • Credit Card: 3-7 business days after cancellation approval
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after cancellation approval
  • International Payments: 5-14 business days depending on payment provider policies
