techniflows has been finally selected for the 「Daejeon Startup Springboard」 program organized by the Chungnam National University RISE Center!
Through this selection, we will participate in “TECHFEST Vietnam 2025”, the largest national innovation startup festival to be held this December in Hanoi, Vietnam, and showcase our technological capabilities to the global market.
With the strengthening of Vietnam’s personal data protection laws scheduled for 2026, the interest in and demand for “data protection” is expected to surge. Accordingly, at this event, techniflows aims to enter the Vietnamese market, build local partnerships, and attract global investment.
🚀 techniflows’ Core Solutions to Target the Vietnamese Market
At this exhibition, techniflows will present three core solutions that can capture both AI development efficiency and data security.
1. Lightweight MLOps platform optimized for small-scale GPU environments, “miniOps”
A solution that enables you to build an enterprise-level AI development pipeline with just 1–4 GPUs, without the burden of cloud costs. It provides an optimized development environment for early-stage AI startups or research teams that lack in-house infrastructure specialists.
2. On-device face de-identification solution, “Mosaicizer”
A solution that automatically detects faces in images and performs de-identification directly on the device without sending data to a server. It keeps data safely protected without the risk of external leakage.
3. High-speed video de-identification service, “VideoMasker”
A browser-based AI solution that automatically detects and de-identifies faces in videos in near real time. It runs directly on the web without separate installation and safely protects personal information while preserving the original image quality.
💡 Why “Vietnam” Now?
Vietnam is currently a “land of opportunity” where the AI and data industries are growing explosively. techniflows is particularly focusing on the Vietnamese market because of its increasingly strict personal data protection regulations.
Vietnam is set to implement a new Personal Data Protection Law (No.91/2025/QH15) from January 2026. This law expands the scope of use for “de-identified data” that has been processed so individuals cannot be identified.
In other words, at a time when balancing data utilization and protection is becoming critical, “on-device de-identification technologies” such as techniflows’ Mosaicizer and VideoMasker will become essential solutions that help Vietnamese companies comply with regulations while developing AI.
In addition, for the rapidly increasing number of early-stage AI startups in Vietnam, miniOps will be a powerful tool that enables efficient R&D at low cost.

Through our participation in TECHFEST, techniflows plans to go beyond simple product showcasing and pursue technology proof-of-concept (PoC) with local Vietnamese companies and institutions, building practical partnerships.
