techniflows, Beauty & Health Lounge, and the local Vietnamese subsidiary K-POP BEAUTY LOUNGE VIỆT NAM (K-pop Beauty Lounge) came together and signed a meaningful three-party business agreement (MOU)! This agreement is even more special because it is the fruit of a precious connection made at “TECHFEST VIETNAM 2025.”
Business discussions accompanied by solid advice
On the day of the signing ceremony, we didn’t just sign documents. The CEOs and team members from the three companies gathered, shared a delicious meal, and engaged in deep business discussions. Joining us was Professor Chanyoung Cha from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, who shared generous advice and warm words about our global expansion strategy, making the occasion even more meaningful.
Where beauty infrastructure meets cutting-edge AI
The core of this MOU is not product sales, but applying techniflows' “AI technology” to the beauty industry that deals with “space and experience.”
Building on the offline infrastructure and content that the traditional beauty industry already has, we agreed to jointly develop new technology services that can extend into entertainment and media.
Experts from each field have teamed up
Leveraging their respective strengths, the three companies are preparing innovative projects targeting the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets.
- Beauty & Health Lounge – Based on its solid experience operating offline beauty and health spaces in Korea, it will provide a test environment (Test Bed) where our AI technology can be applied in real life. They will play a key role in verifying how the technology will be used in the field beyond the lab.
- K-pop Beauty Lounge – Utilizing its strong local network in Vietnam, it will be in charge of local commercialization and operation, helping K-beauty and entertainment content take root in the local market.
The role of techniflows_ AI technology that enhances content quality
So what role will techniflows play? We will provide the technical foundation for this collaboration.
- Face and visual analysis technology: When producing people-centered content featuring artists or influencers, we will support facial recognition and appearance feature analysis technologies to further enhance content quality.
- On-device AI and privacy protection: We will utilize our distinctive on-device AI technology in the video processing pipeline. To address portrait rights and personal data issues that may arise during content production, we plan to apply robust security measures such as data de-identification technology.
A bold leap toward the global content market
Starting with this agreement, we are planning joint entertainment, beauty, and media projects targeting the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets, going beyond a simple technology partnership.
Through PoC (Proof of Concept) and pilot services, we will showcase a new world where people can enjoy safer and more advanced entertainment content in K-beauty spaces powered by AI technology. You can look forward to the future of global beauty tech that techniflows is set to create!
